“I help women who have experienced a loss to shift their mindset to reclaim balance, inHER peace, and joy in their lives.”
Kinyatta E. Gray

Hi, I'm Kinyatta!
Life Coach. Author. Entrepreneur. Story Teller.
InHer Bliss Life Coaching was born from my personal experience of losing my mother unexpectedly in 2018. That profound loss changed my life forever, and I quickly realized how isolating grief can be. I felt the deep void of not having the guidance or support I so desperately needed. It was through this journey that I committed myself to becoming the source of comfort, understanding, and empowerment that I wished I had during my own healing process.
As someone who knows the unique pain and emotional complexities of mother-loss grief, I understand that each of us carries it differently. My mission is to help women like you navigate that deep loss, find balance, and reclaim the inHER peace and joy that still exists within you. Through empathetic, peer group or e-mail coaching, I create a space where you can feel heard, validated, and supported as you process your emotions and rebuild your life after loss.
At the core of InHer Bliss Life Coaching is the belief that healing begins with understanding and self-compassion. I offer you a safe, nurturing environment where we will work together to shift your mindset, so you can embrace growth, empowerment, and ultimately transform your grief into a renewed sense of purpose. You already possess the inner strength needed to live a fulfilling life after loss, and I am here to help guide you toward rediscovering it.
Through my coaching programs, I am dedicated to walking beside you as you navigate your grief journey—because no woman should have to face it alone.
