This unique, 4-week grief support program is designed specifically for women who lost their mothers two or more years ago and are ready to take steps forward on their grief
journey.

What We’ll Cover:

Week 1: Understanding Your Current Grief

Session Focus:
This first session is about understanding where you are in your grief journey. We’ll explore how your grief has evolved over the past two years and identify areas where you still feel stuck or apprehensive about moving forward.

Week 2: Reconnecting with Life and Others

Session Focus:
This week focuses on exploring ways to reconnect with life, friends, and loved ones if you’ve felt isolated in your grief. We’ll discuss strategies for re-engaging with your social circle and finding joy in daily activities.

Week 3: Creating New Rituals for Healing

Session Focus:
In this session, we’ll explore the importance of creating new rituals that honor your mother’s memory while also helping you move forward in your healing journey. These rituals can be simple, personal, and tailored to your unique needs.

Week 4: Building Your Path Forward

Session Focus:
This final session is about creating a plan for how you’ll continue to navigate forward in your grief journey. We’ll summarize the insights and tools you’ve gained over the past weeks and build a sustainable plan for ongoing support and healing.

In our virtual group sessions, you’ll receive compassionate, thoughtful support not only from your coach but also from a community of women who understand the unique pain of mother-loss. Each week, we’ll guide you through discussions and activities that help you process your grief, connect with others, and move forward with empathy and understanding.

Confidential, Compassionate Guidance: 

Our virtual group program fosters an environment where you can openly share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. The group setting offers both personal reflection and collective support, ensuring you feel seen, heard, and validated in your grief journey. We maintain a safe and confidential space for all participants to heal together.

You’re not required to keep your camera on during the sessions—in fact, you’re encouraged to turn your camera off once the session begins. This allows you to focus fully on your emotions and the group discussion without worrying about how you appear on screen. This creates a more intimate and reflective experience, allowing you to engage deeply with the content in a way that feels comfortable and safe for you.

Structured Flexibility: 

While the virtual group meets on a regular schedule, you’ll still have the flexibility to engage in additional reflections and activities outside of the sessions at your own pace. This program is designed to balance structured group support with the flexibility you need to process your grief alongside the demands of everyday life.
